FAQs

All in stock orders ship within 1-2 business days (sometimes the same day). We ship Monday- Friday excluding holidays. Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale, accessories, swimsuits and undergarments.

We typically stock merchandise a few times a month. Sometimes as much as few times a week in high season. Please sign up for our Back in Stock alerts so you know when we restock.

Our shipping rates are relative to the processing time, not the shipment type. This means that if you pay for Express shipping, your order will be pushed to the front of the line and shipped prior to flat rate orders. Our normal shipping time is 1-2 business days for flat rate orders.

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase. Please fill out the return form at the bottom of this page. Please note that we issue a store credit/gift card on returns. We do not issue credit card refunds unless your product was damaged or out of stock.

We will provide a return label automatically once your return has been approved. Unless the return product is damaged (received damaged), the customer pays for the return label which is deducted from the store credit. Please note, we will only provide return labels for domestic returns. International returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product was received damaged).

You will receive a store credit on all returns made to our store. If you've paid on one of those gateway systems, you would still pay the weekly/bi-weekly payments to them as agreed. They (AfterPay, Shop Pay, etc) pay us up front for the entire transaction. So if we refunded you and they've already paid us up front, they wouldn't receive their funds from you.
