Refund Policy and Return Center

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.  The return must be received back to us within 7 days after that.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may do an exchange for another product(s) in the store or your return will be refunded on a store gift card.

To start a return, please complete the Return Form here. Once we receive your request, you'll be sent a return shipping label.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items that end in $.99 (example-$19.99), swimwear, underwear, shape wear, accessories, print or demand items or gift cards.

Please do not send packages back without going through the return center.  If we receive an unauthorized return, it will be returned to sender.  If we are unable to return it to you, you'll be issued a store credit less a 50% restocking fee (especially if it is a final sale item).  


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please go through the return portal.  We cannot address any concerns after 10 days. This includes missing/damaged items. 


Exchanges

We offer the exchange option on our Return portal. However, some items may go out of stock before your return arrives.   We cannot guarantee the size/color/style you are exchanging will be in stock.  Our system will hold your item once it sees your return is on the way.  Sending your item back as soon as possible will yield the best result in you getting the exchange.  If your desired exchange option is not in stock when we receive your item(s), you will be issued a gift card. 

Cancellations

Due to the nature of how we fulfill orders, cancellations are not always possible. In certain instances, we will try to honor the request if the order hasn't shipped and our fulfillment center is able to comply. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of a store credit/gift card.  We do not offer cash/credit refunds.
