SHIPPING POLICY

We appreciate your purchase and want you to have your item(s) as quickly as possible.  Our standard processing time is 2 business days after the order is placed.  We ship Monday - Friday excluding any holidays that fall on a weekday.

Upon shipping, you'll receive an email confirmation that your purchase has been shipped.  Please use the tracking number in your email to track your package via USPS.  If your order has been delivered per tracking, please reach out to USPS.  ITCFM is not responsible for packages that have been delivered.
