We ship Monday - Friday excluding any holidays that fall on a weekday. Upon shipping, you'll receive an email confirmation that your purchase has been shipped. Please use the tracking number in your email to track your package via USPS or UPS. If your order has been delivered per tracking, please reach out to USPS or UPS first.

Please make sure your address is correct by checking the confirmation email we send to you.  If your address is incorrect and the post office returns your item, you will be responsible for the additional charge to re-ship it to you.  In the event you choose not to pay the re-ship fee, we will issue you a gift card for your order.  A cash refund will not be given in this circumstance.

Once your order is received, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment center to be processed. Therefore, we cannot cancel or make changes to confirmed orders.

Beautiful Dress, Poorly Sewn

This is an exquisite dress, but you should be aware that your vendor is shipping products with no QC in place. Unfortunately my dress arrived six days prior to my event so I was unable to exchange it in time. The left shoulder had spots which were UNSEWN and there were two holes in the seam on the hip. Luckily with the ruched look I was able to get away with safety pins, but to look like nearly a million bucks (because the dress is beautiful and I'm as curvy as it was made for), and be held together with four safety pins is deplorable. Please check your items before shipping to customers.

Sometimes things do get past us. I’m happy you were able to rig it for your event. You mentioned in your other review that you received the dress 6 days before your event.
