Please use the tracking number in your email to track your package via USPS or UPS. If your order has been delivered per tracking, please reach out to USPS or UPS first.
Please make sure your address is correct by checking the confirmation email we send to you. If your address is incorrect and the post office returns your item, you will be responsible for the additional charge to re-ship it to you. In the event you choose not to pay the re-ship fee, we will issue you a gift card for your order. A cash refund will not be given in this circumstance.
