This stretch, off the shoulder band cross dress is gorgeous. The easiest way to get it on (in my opinion) is to step in it. The cross over design is in the front and back of the dress. The long sleeves are perfect for the upcoming fall and winter seasons. The back and bottom of this piece are shirred for extra personality. Please note this is a final sale and cannot be returned.
